Our steam pipe oven is composed of superimposed baking chambers and can be supplied with 3-4 baking chambers and 2-3-4 doors, with a cooking surface that varies from 6 to 4 square meters in order to meet every type of requirement.




The heating system is composed by an annular closed circuit formed by a series of bands of tubes made by thermal steel which are heated and filled with water thereby producing steam which surrounds and heats the cooking chambers. Our oven steam tubes is produced in two types: mechanical steam pipe oven and refractory steam pipe oven.
The mechanical steam pipe oven can be totally disassembled and can be feed with gas or diesel. It is a versatile oven as it can constantly maintain the pre-arranged temperature but it is also able to vary it in a very short time. It is suitable for baking bread of small and large dimensions on trays or directly on the cooking deck.
The refractory steam pipe oven uses the same type of bands of tubes and the same system for the transmission of heating than the mechanical one. The substantial difference is on the basement which is composed entirely of refractory material. The oven consequently accumulates a lot of heat and it is therefore recommended to bake products with larger weights. This type of oven can be feed with gas, diesel or solid fuel (wood, olive stones ...).
